Our project's goal was crafting a user-friendly, interactive dashboard design. It aimed to restore 100% customer trust, ease daily use and enhance worker efficiency. It also aimed to reduce time through accurate work records and proper management.
UIDesignz, a reputable UI UX design services, structured the project's design process in several stages: Strategy, Research, Discovery, UX Exploration, UI Design, and Testing. Throughout, the focus was on Simplicity, Clarity, Prioritization, and Usability. A user journey map was devised, covering stages like Authorizations, Notifications, Load Search, Load Information, and Load Booking. This map aimed to streamline user interactions and tasks for the dashboard design.
Our team also laid a strong foundation through Information Architecture and Wireframing, ensuring a user-centric approach for future enhancements. We developed a comprehensive design system encompassing Color Palette, Typography, Buttons, and Typefaces. These elements were integral in shaping the final UI design, followed by careful testing across devices to ensure an error-free interface.
