Objective

• Inn-app organization system that works, enabling users to efficiently group lists and tasks

Problem

There are many excellent task management apps available, but where they fall short of their enormous potential and obstruct user objectives is typically when they do not implement or, conversely, do not actively encourage users to organize their activities more effectively. It's simple to become lost and feel overwhelmed by the vast amount of data given to us on one tiny screen after adding a significant number of chores.

Solution

Our team designed a task management system that is quite familiar to users. It strongly emphasizes grouping tasks together, dividing them into desired categories, and sharing them with others as its main differentiator. This makes users' lives much easier, whether they are just beginning to use the app or are well into it.

Conclusion

We proceeded to the design stage after testing and perfecting the framework of every screen. By utilizing a few design elements, we were able to obtain a clear and reliable appearance while concentrating on and enhancing the straightforward yet powerful UI appearance.
